Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Hank Player, but if something isn’t right, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at or by phone at 818.856.6079. We're here to assist you.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

For exchanges, simply reach out to us, and we'll assist you in making the process as smooth as possible.

To initiate a return, please email us first at to request an RA (Return Authorization) number. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed and will not be accepted.

Please use the original packaging if possible (to avoid waste) and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box/envelope and return it to the following address:

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service (USPS or UPS) for your peace of mind. We are not responsible for items lost during transit.

We do not refund shipping costs unless there was an error on our end or the item was damaged during transit.

Damages And Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email or by phone at 818.856.6079 if you receive the wrong item or discover defects in your order. This will allow us to promptly address the issue.

Order Changes/Cancellations
If for any reason you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. Any orders over $100 must be canceled within 48 hours.

Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse. Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us via email at or by phone at 818.856.6079 if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale merchandise or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, all items must be returned in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping costs will be handled by the customer.
