Located in sunny Los Angeles, California, our design studio serves as both an inspiration for our brand and a reflection of our style. Since 1991, we've committed ourselves to crafting high-quality products while fostering job growth in the Los Angeles area. We collaborate with local sewing contractors, screen printers, dye houses, and finishing facilities to ensure that our products reflect superior craftsmanship and contribute to the vitality of our community. We take pride in our roots and are dedicated to upholding the tradition of American-made excellence in everything we create.

Crafted from the finest quality materials, Hank Player is made using an eco-friendly washing/finishing process, resulting in a comfy weathered feel. Slight variations in color and graphics create our vintage, one-of-a-kind look. Utilizing premium fabrics like combed, ring-spun cotton, and triblend compositions, our tees and fleece offer a super soft, worn-in feel.
We use water-based and Oeko-Tex Standard 100-certified inks to print our graphics. Due to the eco-friendly composition of our inks, expect a slight fade in the graphics after the initial wash, enhancing the garment's vintage appeal. This intentional fade serves as a distinctive feature rather than a flaw.
Please note that the intentional distressing in our graphics is a key element of the signature Hank Player look.

OneTreePlanted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation. They plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity. Before wearing your Hank Player gear for the first time, we recommend washing it to ensure optimal freshness and longevity. Follow the instructions below to help maintain the quality of your garments:
- Machine wash with cold water, inside out, and with like colors.
- Tumble dry on low heat to preserve the fabric.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary.
- If ironing is required, use a cool iron setting.
- Avoid direct ironing on printed graphics.
- Please do not dry clean.
Following these care instructions will help keep your Hank Player gear looking great wash after wash.

Our passion for the great outdoors and our regular hikes through the Angeles National Forest, a cherished weekend activity, inspired our collaboration with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse. Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at contactus@hankplayer.com. Please note that there will be a restocking fee for orders of 3 or more pieces/items.

We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. Any orders over $100 must be canceled within 48 hours.

To initiate a return, please email us first at contactus@hankplayer.com to request an RA (Return Authorization) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Please use the original packaging if possible (to avoid waste) and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box/envelope and return it to the following address:

Please note that we will need to receive a Hank Player/Parental Unit Inc. Credit Authorization Form faxed or emailed to us before we can add you as a wholesale customer. To obtain a copy, please contact us.
Please note the following about wholesale orders:
- Payment for wholesale orders must be made in full prior to production. Once work has begun on your order, cancellations are not allowed.
- Any return requests on wholesale orders must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee.
- Due to production lead times and stock availability, wholesale orders may take 2-5 weeks from the time payment is made to delivery.
- Additional shipping charges may be added to your order.
- All wholesale accounts based in California must either provide a California Resale Certificate or pay sales tax on their order.

If you would like to order any of our existing graphics on a different color shirt or a different style, please feel free to connect with us at contactus@hankplayer.com or by phone at 818.856.6079. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please note this may add to the cost and processing time.
We also offer fully custom orders with brand new artwork/graphics, but please note the following:
- Payment for custom orders must be made in full prior to production. Once work has begun on your order, cancellations are not allowed.
- Since custom orders are made to customer specifications and artwork/graphics and cannot be resold by us, there are absolutely no returns or refunds on custom orders.
- Due to production lead times, stock availability of items, and time to finalize/approve the artwork, custom orders may take from 2-5 weeks from the time payment is made to delivery.
- Additional charges for camera-ready art, screens, and specialty inks may be added to your order.
